1. Eligibility

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (MRP), unless stated otherwise.
  • Many products are sold in wholesale lots with a stated minimum order quantity. The net quantity for each product is shown on its page.
  • Product images are for representation. Natural produce may vary slightly in colour, size and appearance.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and, where applicable, payment is successfully received. We may refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payments, where enabled, are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As we deal in food products, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at 9/70K, ASK Complex, Trichy–Madurai Highway, Thuvarankurichi, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu 621305.
